These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made by individual consumers. Business-to-business transactions may be subject to separate agreements.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT CATEGORIES

Real Fur Coats specializes in luxury natural fur garments, including coats, jackets and other premium outerwear.

Our collection may include: Brand-new natural fur garments, previously owned natural fur garments that have never been worn ,previously worn natural fur garments that have undergone professional restoration and refurbishment.

Each product is individually described and categorized according to its actual history and condition.

We are committed to providing accurate product information and transparent descriptions of all items offered for sale.

2.1. Brand-New Products

Brand-new products are garments that have not previously been owned, worn or used by an ultimate consumer.

2.2. Previously Owned - Never Worn

Certain garments may have been purchased by previous owners as luxury possessions, collectible items or investments and subsequently kept in storage without ever being worn.

Such products may be offered for resale in excellent, unused condition.

Previous ownership alone does not necessarily mean that a garment constitutes used fur under applicable United States fur labelling regulations.

The actual product history and applicable legal requirements will determine its correct classification and labelling.

2.3. Professionally Restored Products

Some garments may have been previously worn or used and subsequently selected for professional restoration.

Our restoration process may include:

  • Professional fur cleaning.

  • Fur conditioning and maintenance.

  • Replacement of the inner lining.

  • Replacement or refurbishment of selected finishing components.

  • Repair of minor construction elements.

  • Restoration of the garment’s overall appearance and presentation.

These products are individually inspected and restored to achieve an excellent, like-new physical condition.

A professionally restored garment remains a previously used product where required by applicable law, even if its appearance is comparable to that of a new garment.

Where required, such products will be identified using the appropriate designation under United States fur labelling regulations, including “Reconditioned-Second-hand” where applicable.

2.4. Product Condition Descriptions

The following descriptions may be used on our website:

  • New – Brand New.

  • Previously Owned - Never Worn.

  • Professionally Restored - Like New Condition.

  • Pre-Owned - Excellent Condition.

These descriptions refer to the actual history and physical condition of the garment.

“Like New” describes the condition of a product and does not imply that a previously owned or worn garment is brand new.

3. AUTHENTICITY, MATERIALS AND FUR ORIGIN

We are committed to transparency regarding the materials and origin of our products.

Product descriptions and labels will disclose information required by applicable law, including:

  • The true English name of the animal species producing the fur.

  • The country of origin of the fur.

  • Whether the fur has been dyed, bleached, pointed or otherwise artificially treated.

  • Whether the fur has previously been used or damaged, where applicable.

  • Whether the product contains substantial amounts of fur pieces, paws, tails or waste fur, where applicable.

  • The identity of the manufacturer, importer or other responsible seller, as required.

The country of origin of the animal producing the fur may differ from the country where the garment was manufactured, assembled or restored.

These details will not be represented as interchangeable.

We do not knowingly offer products made from fur obtained from animal species whose trade or sale is prohibited under applicable laws.

All products are subject to applicable wildlife protection regulations, international trade restrictions and import requirements, including CITES where applicable.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product photographs, measurements, descriptions and specifications accurately represent the products offered.
